Do you remember your Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls?  Many girls in the 1940's, 50's and 60's collected these demure, fancy little dolls.  Their whimsical names like Daffy Down Dilly, Little Miss Donnet and Mary Had a Little Lamb were quite the rage.

Joan has always been in love with Nancy Ann Dolls and this winter took steps toward making them available at Chickadee Cottage.  With her love and patience she has collected, repaired, and even redressed a few Nancy Ann dolls so you and your little girl friends can enjoy the delights of these beautiful little ladies.

Today these dolls are as collectable as ever and although Joan has worked to keep them as original as possible there are some dolls that really needed some TLC.  Joan says, "When it comes to dolls, a pretty face will get me evey time and these are no exception!  They are indeed special and ready for love".  Stop and take a look at the dolls and see if you don't find a soft spot in your heart for these magic little Nancy Ann Dolls.
